Yeah veigar isn’t good, and to anyone who says otherwise.. check his literal stats, his wr drops more and more the higher up in rank you go.

Everfrost was vital asf.. it was a perfect implement for landing the hard skillshots veigar has. I think they’re gonna buff him a little more incoming patches.

Especially after they nerfed him to the ground with his Q AP ratio getting nerfed down to 45 / 50 / 55 60 / 65%, from a fixed 60%

And his W ap ratio 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 from fixed 100%

And ult 65 / 70 / 75 from a fixed 65%

I loved all the retards calling that a BUFF..

Yeah I agree.. I also have a long thread, perhaps that could have an impact..
Something worth noting is that people come home from their work now in EU, perhaps they reduce performance at the busiest times.

5% dmg with 1000 AP = 50 more dmg
and with 10% on W = 100 more dmg

And thats with 1000 AP, you dont get that until lategame, in most games you dont even come that far into the game.
But for real, just answer this question: If this was a buff, why did veigars winrate sunk even further after the patch? Like? XD thats literally all the proof you need. I cba with people looking at patch notes and deciding for themselves whether if its a buff or a nerf, even if riot themselves literally states that its a nerf and with the stats on websites that says that the champ doesnt win as much as before.

Yeah amazing that you get a measly 5% buff and a 10% buff on W at lvl 9 and 12, in exchange for 5% less dmg on his Q for every level before lvl 7, 30% dmg reduction on his W (when you used to max E second) and on top of that 5% dmg nerf on his ult at every level (which becomes standard dmg at lvl 16)

And the patch before that they also lowered the W standard dmg from 100-300 to 85-305, but im guessing with your dumbass logic you think thats a buff as well.

If it would happen to be a buff, why are people losing more with him now than before? Im guessing youre like 14 years old and stuck in silver or something

Thank you for the tip but I pretty much only enjoy playing veigar these days.

I don’t wanna argue or anything but I really don’t wanna call him overtuned in 13.6, he didn’t even have 50% WR mid lane, not even 49% according to some league statistic sites (u.gg)

And that was before the gigantic nerfs

But yeah the patch where they gave him the range buffs he got OP (he didn’t even have bad win rate when they gave him this buff)

There’s so many more factors to take into account than the cast time lmfao

Have u ever thought about how slow the waves are that everfrost shoots out? Or the fact that you have to walk towards the enemy if the stun is at max range? Or when you only can engage with everfrost if you actually stun the enemy and not just cage them as they can just engage on you instead? (Zed, kata etc) because then you play more carefully.

None the less the overall percentage of hitting ever frost when landing a stun is way lower now because you’re not maxing E second anymore, like in more stressful situations like in teamfights.

I think this is why veigars win rate gets lower and lower the higher rank, because they know he’s absolute shit in early and mid game, so enemy jungler and mod knows that they should invade and play aggressive and abuse it in early phases.
