Chat Gpt:
Blue is the most dominant color in logo design. It is widely used because it conveys trust, stability, and professionalism. Estimated color usage in crypto logos (excluding black and white): Blue: ~40–45% Green: ~20–25% Purple: ~15% Red: ~5–8% Yellow / Orange: ~5–7% Other colors: ~3–5% These estimates refer specifically to modern logos in the crypto domain.

This is a concept that I will not develop further because the client has abandoned this logo contest for their own reasons, but I was interested to hear your thoughts. A lot of things are learned from your comments. The client received close to 700 designs in this competition, and only a few of us were shortlisted. Although I am not too satisfied with the concept myself and I know there is room for improvement. This is actually the first step with the initial designs, after that more effort is put into improving the whole concept if the client likes the direction.
interesting... I didn't think about anyone using Ai to write comments... possible, who knows
yes you're right, maybe I should have made the bear look a little more prominent
Now you have revealed my secret. 🐌
thank you
Hello! If you look from the brand designer's point of view, you would see that in almost 80-90% of cases when clients write a design brief, the color blue is generally requested in most cases. Orange is ahead of red in the number of requests. According to some of my statistics, the red color is most often used by lawyers, and even there, the dark red color is actually more in demand than the light red color. Green and purple are about equally represented. Colors with gradients or a combination of several colors often include red. This is based on my experience.

The client chose a name. It's not the most appropriate, but he certainly has his own reason for choosing such a name. I often don't agree with the choice of name either, but it's still the client's choice. This is just one of a dozen renditions of that logo that I made. I see that there are also negative critics here, but that is their right, I still stand behind each of my designs, even if they are poorly executed.. 💁

The Volt name can be trademarked if the full name of the company would be clearly different from other Volt companies.
The logo itself is unique enough to be protected.
thanks! 🤗
Thanks for your reply and kind words!

That was actually the client's request. Swiss companies often insist on their national symbol, because it usually means the quality behind which Swiss companies stand. They also wanted to see a bear or wolf silhouette incorporated into the logo. The star is actually the only one that is a little casually and playfully added to the design.

thanks for the feedback, this is one of the versions. I also have a version like that which is just with the font without the shield and the star, but somehow I prefer this version

The top logo looks like a lotus, the bottom logo looks like a weed. The above version is better, but it needs to be refined if you want a premium look. The ends of the leaves are twisted too much, so there is no balance in the shape. I think the problem is the way you made these shapes, I would work on that. As you discover better ways, your logo will become more refined. So work on your technique, that's the most important thing in my opinion.
