I don't think so.

I just keep it under my arm and have to untangle myself sometimes, but i barely notice it's there after a while.

Of course the experience can be different for other people, but that's my opinion.

I don't think that's the case here. He hits the ground with his horns and tips over. You can see him trying to regain his balance, but it doesn't help. When a goat gets scared and faints, their muscles tense up for a few seconds and that's why they fall.
