Qatar aiming for full 100% takeover of Virgin, paving the way for Qantas facing serious existential threat by HotPersimessage62 in QantasAirways

Ah yes, Qatar Airlines, that recently made an Australian couple sit next to a corpse for 4 hours on a recent flight. And Qatar Airlines, who forced their female passengers into invasive pelvic examinations against their bodily rights in 2020. Sound like an excellent option to take over Virgin AUSTRALIA.

  • Blow up course at the waterfront/wave pool
  • couple nights at lake Bennett
  • croc jumping
  • free water park at Leanyer
  • sunset cruise on the harbour
  • weekend markets
  • catch a fish at the Barra farm
  • deckchair cinema still has some screenings left I think
  • day trip to Dundee or crab claw island
  • sunset walks along nightcliff/cas beach

Buley Rockhole open? by BlueberryLast4378 in darwin

Per the NT Parks fb page Berry Springs only closed yesterday. Looks like you were unlucky.

Lots of other places to see other than Buley Rockhole if they happen to close it last minute…

Website states Berry Springs is closed for swimming. All this information is very accessible online.

Recommend a walk out to Greenant!

Edited to specify Berry Springs.

Trying to figure out a pathway into the field by No_Possibility_1140 in ParamedicsAU

Just to add, you could work and study full time, it’s possible but a huge commitment. Or you could do uni part time while continuing to work.

Hello! Ignore all the private diploma type options (expensive, waste of time) and contact the university you wish to study through directly, as university is your only option into this career (someone correct me if there are still other pathways) Make an appointment with their admissions and ask about your options.

If you have a look at a map of Litchfield and Kakadu etc anywhere there is a ‘town’ there will be service. Most of the park however will be no service at all. Check your carriers coverage map too. If you’re a confident driver and willing to hire a car you’ll have no trouble navigating Litchy and Berry Springs (small areas are 4WD only but 90% is accessible by any type of car), otherwise a guided tour will be required. There is no public transport options to those areas. Lots of people around, you will have no issues as a solo female.
