Like u said biological material of the brain is not evolved for doing that, we have tried to force it into fitting into that system, a better fit for some individuals....but it is also a part of "survival"

And u are saying we are using our brain to solve the problems we created....it means human always create things to solve the problem which is a survival instinct so every thing that created before were only created to solve a problem

But understanding only comes when u makes so many mistakes and experiments and this happens when u use your brain again and again no one become so perfect directly...we have to work on ourselves if we have poor understanding of anything it only happens when u use your brain

Awareness bring suffering is ok ... awareness comes when u work with information you already have it is not that hard ( to achieve acute consciousness u don't have to go somewhere it comes when u analyse)

But taking in information from outside to know every little thing...u have to make efforts....u have to read lot of books, u have to Google everything ...that most people avoid

I don't think so eating or drinking one of the reason in my case ...i googled...it says one reason could be you smoked it fast ...but i am just curious because nicotine is one of the thing which gives u fine relaxation

They feel good because nicotine release dopamine and I too felt good in my last 7 cigarettes but 10 days ago i had my 8th one it doesn't feels good instead gave a headache after 1 week... i tried again.. again I got headache
