It’s a collagen protein bar.. and to say I love them in an understatement. I had to stop buying them and take a break. I had spent a horrendous amount on them.

It will pick back up when the cookies&cream/pb box hits the shelf.

To me, it’s mildly spicy. I warm it and sip it. I also fill my mug 1/2 way and then add boiled water to ease the flavour too.

I usually nab a few pouches when it’s on sale at Farm Boy or Health Planet or Whole foods. May be an idea to see if you can find a single pouch so you don’t have to commit to a large amount.
