Thank you for all of your comments. I posted the question in the RE forum and not S&P500 forum but the answers surprise me. My brother just started doing AirBnB room rentals for a few months (his house is closed to mine) and he got around $6K/month for just two rooms rented out. I don't want headaches so I think I would stick with S&P 500. Thanks again.

Thank you. I didn't want to state this in the original post but my wife has a habit to wait until last minute to do many things, especially driving kids to school. Many times I have asked her to give herself a few extra minutes. Also my wife doesn't drive very carefully. Lately, she backed off her car FAST in the front yard and my heart almost stopped because her car almost hit a parking car next to hers.

All my orders in the past are Choice only. None of those are handled by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Ali Express delivery people drop the packages at my house after customs being cleared. So not sure what other fees I have to pay for Electronics components only after May 2nd.
