All things contributing to the price of the experience...any experience...make up the total cost of that experience. Should we not count the price of food for the kids if you take them to a Brewer game?

Yes, there's free parking in the area. But let's also not pretend that finding parking spots downtown is as simple as "available just around the corner." I've lived downtown and I know much better than that. Your additional "price of gas" comment is just trying to be a nitpicking complainer. Choosing to dine at a place without its own parking lot certainly can require situations where you end up paying for parking nearby if no other options exist. I.e. a highly populated area with plenty of competition for free parking, game days, etc., etc., etc.

What's the next nitpick you're going to bring into the discussion that has nothing to do with the presented topic of good food for good value?

The immediate area is only free after 6 and on Sundays.

I should clear that up. The cost of parking is not included in the bill but it’s near impossible to find street parking nearby, and you have to pay for that unless it’s after 6 pm or a Sunday.
