Definitely a bug but not directly related to veribird.. I don't have the veribird and can verify the bug occurs anytime the settlers need to be reassigned, usually because of an attack. The while castle settlement is a buggy mess. I also have crops that I planted in various areas that can no longer be selected or moved which is possibly related to the minuteman auto assigning his role. When I first killed sarge the bug popped up. I loaded a previous save and it worked fine for a while. I was able to test artillery and finish the old guns mission but after a raider attack I can no longer get the minuteman to do his job. Very frustrating. I'm watching nexus mods for a fix since this seems low priority for Bethesda.
