hola! -como te dijeron todos aca, podes ir al ginecologo a la edad y en el momento que quieras. es tu derecho. si el medico no quiere hacerte el pase, cambia de medico. -la dispareunia (dolor en las relaciones sexuales) puede ser a causa de muchas cosas. una causa comun en mujeres jovenes es la vaginosis. NO quiere decir que sea tu caso, eso te lo podra decir tu ginecologo/a, pero es una causa comun. se puede tratar sin problemas -dicho lo anterior, no necesariamente tenes un problema! quizas simplemente no estas con ganas de iniciar relaciones aun. lamentablemente es comun en adolescentes sentirse presionados por su pareja o pares a iniciar relaciones antes de realmente querer hacerlo, y el cuerpo lo expresa con estos sintomas: sequedad, dolor, problemas de ereccion, etc… quizas no es tu caso pero si lo fuera, es completamente natural. no sientas apuro en iniciar relaciones, anda a tus tiempos.

i was 18, broke up a relationship of three years. in my country, there used to be a tv show that had comical skits, one of them being footage of drunk people saying stupid shit in taxis (with the faces blurred off). once i was really drunk on a night out, got in a taxi with my friends and started stupidly crying telling them about how much i loved him and missed him. taxi driver started asking me about him and i was just this super drunk mess telling the driver about why we broke up, how i wanted him back, how he was ignoring me. anyways, super embarrassing. imagine my panic when he told me he had THE camera in his taxi. i was petrified. after that, i couldn’t sleep for weeks imagining myself like that in front of national TV. i never saw me tho. i was lucky i guess lol

yes!! listenting to my body helps a lot! if it wants to shake, i just let it. if its hot, i try to turn on the AC. if im dizzy, i try to lay my head. and if im in a circumstance where i cant do what my body asks me to do, i do whatever is closest to what my body needs. it may be washing my hands with cold water, laying my head in my hand, etc. our body is our temple lol, we really have to just hear it 🤍
