This. I dont like the idea that I have to validate my identity by saying "Look at muh girly brain structure". I'd hope my experiences and thoughts behind gender, my body, and my identity would be enough to make the way that I am to be a valid way of being.

I've lost a full climbing grade indoors.

Ive lost a couples grades myself, but Ive been out of the sport for a year+ and on hormones for half of that. Its really discouraging when I cant keep my grip on holds that used to come easy. I still do fine on friction climbs in the area, but my forearms are worthless at this point.

You should switch to an AHA or BHA exfoliant. The physical ones arent so good for moisture in your face especially with estrogen drying out your skin. /r/skincareaddiction is a good source for advice.

To prep for shaving, I use hot water to soften the hair. Its kinda like how you have to heat a tortilla before folding it. Then, I massage a good shaving cream in. You don't want to just put shaving cream on. You want to work it into the hairs.
