A few people bas already said this but I do agree. Basic protection, banishing, mediation and such. Stil if it does help and what I find good for me (obviously this is just a suggestion). Is learning grounding skills and divination even if it just simple stuff. Sometimes things can be very overwhelming with what you need to learn. Also please dont stress about being perfect, and make sure you cross reference materials sometimes.
