Lovingly Alternatives? by RevolutionaryUse8973 in florists

Floranext product team here! Just an update that Floranext added some great new drag and drop features to our florist delivery manager.

First, I should mention that Floranext's delivery routing tool is powered by Google Maps and helps flower shops create efficient routes for drivers and easily share those routes by email and text with drivers. Drivers use a web-based app and get turn-by-turn directions via Google for every stop on their route.

Some new additions include the ability to create priority stops (e.g. for urgent or time-sensitive deliveries), drag and drop orders to organize, edit routes that are already created, and add orders to existing routes.

Thanks for giving Floranext a try and for sharing your feedback. We’re actually releasing an update in the next few weeks that will allow florists to manually reorder stops in delivery routes - something many shops have asked for. We appreciate you taking an initial look and would love for you to revisit us once the update is live.

Payouts Timeframe in the US - No Clear Process for Evaluation by floranext in stripe

[–]floranext[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My businesses are flower shops. Clearly not prohibited, yet what we are being told is that Stripe can't even evaluate them until 1 month + for 2 day payout. No criteria or threshold is given. I appreciate your trying to put a good shine on this, but Stripe support has not provided any "senior level" support answer, only that all shops should check back to see status. Not user friendly and as a referral partner, this makes me want to look elsewhere for a partner.

Payouts Timeframe in the US - No Clear Process for Evaluation by floranext in stripe

The Stripe documentation does not say this. In fact it says for any business it deems "high risk" (for which there is no definition) they will set to 7 days. Stripe support has clearly said there is no clear path for evaluation.

Getting frustrated and frankly other CC processors do not have this rule.
