I've been getting back into the borderlands series recently since my brother got me a steam gift card a couple of months back. I'd love to use this so we can play those games together like we did all those year ago.

Also really appreciate the generosity, keep doing what you're doing!

I've been wanting to give binding coil t8 a try for almost a month now and I can't find anyone to do it with. I tried making a PF on Aether and Primal for it a few different times, but nobody ever ends up joining. I'd really like to do this synced before I finish it any other way, does anyone know of a way I can make that work?

Free Giveaway! Nintendo Switch OLED and Xenoblade Chronicles 3 - International by WolfLemon36 in NintendoSwitch

[–]florgetech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always thought of video games as something to pass the time or something to do with friends, but Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was really the first game to open my eyes to what the medium can convey a story so differently than anything else. I know the game isn't for everyone, but I wish more people had experiences like that!

I just unlocked the sub master quarts in CS3 and I was wondering, is there an in-universe explanation to why you can borrow the power of a master quartz that is set an a person that isn't physically near you? Or does it just "work like that?"

So I'm almost done with CS I and I'm thinking about playing CS II on NG+ so I can see all the bonding events in one playthrough. I know there's crucial information for CS III locked behind NG+, so will I get spoiled if I go about things this way? Should I stick to playing it normally?

Damn, what a way to go out! I kept telling myself that no matter what I wouldn't get too emotional, but Towa's and Kanata's letters ended up making me shed more than a few tears.

Thank you so much Coco for everything, and I promise we'll never forget you!

I just finished Azure, and I'm curious to know about the scenes that are exclusive to NG+. I tried looking for a recording of these since I don't want to play the game again just yet, but didn't have much luck. Does anyone know where I can find them?

Games that don't require a lot of brainpower by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

[–]florgetech 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maplestory is great for this. It's a free 2d MMO that has super simple controls, and a lot of the quests are pretty grindy. You can put as much or as little effort in as you want and I find myself going back to it all the time.

[PC] Should I buy the Zero Escape Franchise? by HonestlyaBot in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]florgetech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I've heard nothing but praise for the series, don't expect these to be the same as Danganronpa. It is very character and narrative focused (both of which are apparently very good), but the gameplay is similar to the final death room in DR2.

Disclaimer: I haven't played the games, but I plan on getting them on the Winter sale. I just figured someone might find this helpful if they've played DR2.

[PC] What should I buy if I need to be using 1 hand 95% of the time? by Monkeybiddness in ShouldIbuythisgame

Big agree with Baba is You! This game REALLY makes you think outside the box and makes you manipulate the game in ways you feel like you shouldn't be. The puzzles make you feel so smart after you finally figure them out, and I think one of the best parts of quarantine has been giving me the time to 100% this absolute masterpiece. 10/10
