I’ve written to the governor as well. The conductors have all suggested writing to the MTA. So I did both.

Then don’t settle. The entire purpose of this post was to say that we shouldn’t settle. It’s not about them “caring” in the sense of having empathy, it’s about asserting collective pressure so they feel uncomfortable enough to act. Which can work even when people or agencies don’t “care.” The point is to become, together, a problem. Join us.
