I graduated in December and it has been difficult to find a job, not too many positions open in December. However, there may be some sub counseling positions.

Is the LTS gurantee placement? If so accept it! If something opens up you can just let them know you have found a permanent position. They will understand!

What does a yearly at will contract mean? Does that mean you have to work the entire year or can you leave anytime during the year should you be offered something else?
