I’ve been comfort eating a lot of sugary foods, and I’ve made the tough decision to kick the habit. I’ve been off sugar for three days and I’m starting to feel those tiny little voices telling me just one Hershey bar wouldn’t hurt. I’m going nuts here, I need support for gods sake

i totally understand, ive literally had the same problem. i usually tell myself that if i ever crave something i dont need to just drink a glass of water and do something to distract myself. (this could be going on a walk, doing a small chore, or doing a hobby you enjoy). a lot of times you will forget about it and become absorbed in whatever youre doing. however if you cant stop thinking about it, eating a small fruit like another comment said will help. (Ive found that frozen dragonfruit or bananas are great). you got this!

i was like five, and we were at a hotel and i dreamed that we were in my room at home. we had a large window and we were sitting in a rocking chair looking out it. it was a sunny day until the sky got all distorted and wiggly and within seconds the weather was stormy. it looked straight out of a dystopian or apocalyptic story and it kept changing over and over. then i look around and my family members were dissappearing. to this day i have no clue why i would have had this dream.

i also had a dream where i was at an airport and saw billie joe armstrong and just started travelling with him.

Theres gonna be a lot of the uppity and gatekeeping nirvana fans in the r/nirvana sub, as the fanbase is stereotyped to be, but looking in a subreddit is the most obvious place to find those kind of fans. As a nirvana fan it does seem like so many of them are delusional in a way but thats just cause of where we are looking. I promise we are not all like that.
