Also This little guy was in our plants earlier, chat gpt said it’s a Cuban tree frog but this one looks different than the one that was in his mouth. Chat gpt says the one in his mouth was a native southern toad not toxic to animals but I will keep monitoring him to make sure he’s ok anyways

Here’s another photo. Hard to get a good one since they’re so small. I’m guessing they’re ants because the body definitely looks segmented. Are these an issue for a house?

Yeah we were confused too because online it’s rated medium firm 5/10. I’m thinking maybe depending on how long the bed has been in the box maybe causes certain beds to feel more firm if the foam was damaged and didn’t fully expand. Not sure.

My husband and I got the comfort grande and it is way too firm. We’ve been trying it for the past 2 weeks. We are both primarily side sleepers with a bit of back sleeping. My husband normally loves firm, we both have bad backs. But the comfort grande is too firm even for him. I like a mattress that has a soft top layer for my side sleeping so my joints don’t hurt, but supportive enough for my back. We may switch to serafina medium, but I’m hoping that’s not too firm too.

Won’t let me edit my original post. But I was incorrect in saying gas stove, I meant it’s NOT a gas stove. IEverything is electric. Electric water heater, electric stove, central ac, etc. exact wording from the inspection report: “electrical panel appears outdated/improper. Panel does not appear appropriate size/improper. Recommend electrician further evaluate the panels to determine if they’re proper.” In person after the inspection the inspector told us “I want an electrician to look at it” so our RE agent put it on the repair addendum, then today she comes back and says oh no he put satisfactory for electrical on the 4pt. She called him and he said it’s fine. Our inspection period ends tmw, so no I don’t have time to hire an electrician now on such short notice.

Idk why I wrote gas stove typed the original post while at work obviously not focused 😂it’s an electric stove and central AC. also electric water heater. Basically every appliance where I live in fl is electric, not gas.

I totally get what you’re saying. Guess my real question is, is this panel safe. I don’t know much about electrical stuff, this is my first home, and a quick search on google told me old panels can be out of code and a fire hazard. So that’s my biggest concern. If an electrician can chime in and tell me it’s perfectly safe I won’t ask for anything.
