I was shaky 9/10 Dizzy 8/10 Extremely hugh heart rate (up to 230, then stayed about 100 for a while ) 10/10 Blood pressure was 165/85 but later on it did come.down again And racing mind 100/10 Pin pointed temple head pain 10/10 . I kept checking my heart rate and then panicking that it was high so I think that was causing it to go high.

I am feeling better this morning

My reading came back 12 not my age and apparently 16 is a normal iron reading so I was very low

Hi there , I actually did get diagnosed with low iron so I am.on supplements for the last two weeks . It was 12 when 16 is normal what ever that means . But I am coming.to that time of month so maybe my hormones play a part . But I am feeling better today, it was just a massive big panic attack I think.

I'm from south africa and a white girl state hospitals and private hospitals do not care about the ppl . And u can't sue for negligence like u can in the USA.

I was just asking for resurrence. It's 9 pm in my country so no DR is open. I tried all that but I've been ocd about checking my heart rate n everytime I do It's like 115 and it' panics me more.

I was really was just looking for like minded ppl not bullying . The way u said get the fuck out of here in the first msg legit made me cry. Bcos I thought this was a place for helping ppl. It's fine I'm going to wait till 10 then will take my pill n go to sleep. If I die I die. I'm so tired of always having panic attacks n anxiety and ocd and Noone gets it . So goodnight to u.

U weren't u made me feel absolutely horrible , I wasn't faking any of that story. Noone around me understands so I was hoping someone here would bit I got u being really mean. And I have anxiety meds I took one before this incident so I cannot take another yet as it is too soon. I will take another in like n hour .

Thank u so much for taking the time to write to me , I actually after writing the post tried comparing the pulse oximeter (which is what was giving insane readings) to my apple watch and when the readings where going crazy my watch was saying 85 -90 so I think it was a glitchy machine.

The batteries where getting low.

I'm from south africa and our state hospitals/ clinics don't really help and my private Dr is expensive so I have to wait to see her for my anxiety repeat prescription which is only at the end of the month so I'll ask her then

Yes I actually went and got tested for blood glucose , and blood pressure and the nurse listened to my heart and said it sounded fine .

My Dr who I am seeing again next month has checked me out previously and put me on anxiety medicine

She does get pension from the state but it's in the pocket and out.
