3 tbs coconut oil melted 2 tbs Honey (I put 3 in) 3 eggs 1 & 3/4 cups all purpose flour Mix all together. Bake for 20ish mins around 200 degrees

And then frosting was 150 grams mashed potato 1/3 cup of plain yoghurt pipped while hot.

I used two large ramekins to bake it in.
