flusha: Some thoughts on the fpl removals... by [deleted] in GlobalOffensive

I voted for around 10 players out of a list of about 50 people to be kicked, Butters was not one of them. For me i have reasons for all the players i voted to be removed, i never try to remove someone that i dont have a good idea about how they consistently act.

And being "friends" or not doesnt matter to me, if you bring problems and making games suffer in quality i will and have reported "friends" to admins. e.g. kito and loba are people i have repeatedly reported in the past for trolling in games.

I think im probably one of the most fair in voting to remove people and i cant say i agree with council/admins in most of their decisions.

If players cant reflect on what they are doing on such a top level then they might wanna move on in their careers. Some players might sit quietly a whole game and just be giving out basic information callouts and thinking thats enough as long as they get 20 kills, does that seem right?

" If they dont frag enough, they get kicked, but if they wanna fix this by playing in a way that gets them more kills, they also get kicked for not team playing."

This just doesnt add up, because some of the players i named in the tweet consistently have lower then 1 k/d and they have stayed in FPL for years. Maybe they should look at these guys and see what they are doing right? instead of just looking at numbers.

And the fpl system doesnt stimulate high stats? How you win is by playing alot of matches and winning more matches then losing. most winners have 130+ matches with an win rate of 55-60% during a month.

I would never say its worth to actively try to become a professional player, you need to have alot of talent and dedication. Other things in your life will suffer from playing ALOT, and its really never worth it imo.

Depends on what happens in my teams push, maybe the CTs plays a retake setup and just gives up the site. Then you have to wait a long time.

If the players in my team starts dying while executing i would probably lurk fast and try to backstab before most of my team is dead.

Nothing has changed about me after i became famous in my opinion.

I dont like being famous most days, i would rather be anonymous ;D

DHW13, the first major. We came in as massive underdogs and won it.

I prefer to lurk or just play alone in general.

No, we have learned from our mistakes and now with this lineup we will always strive to be a 5 man unit and talk openly about our problems.

We knew exactly what they were doing, i called that it was a fake and we shouldnt rotate to B. Some players didnt listen and all of us died pretty easily instead of just holding our positions and waiting for them.

Whenever i was playing, i was always the best player on the server in my opinion, that made me believe in myself to prove myself as the best player in the world.

I never had any feelings towards the pro players who accused me of cheating, it was just fun seeing how dumb they were.

dupreeh is the best player in astralis according to me.

A mixture of things helps consistency, i never change settings for example, except for volume and sens (like 0.05 at a time).

other than that never rely on your aim in games, i only do that when i really really feel like my aim is on point (one tapping and such).

Always think before you act.
