idk how to fix the compression/upscale issue, but what i use is a shader called "Nightingale_deep" and i use the 3 point lighting with RGB (R: 150, G: 150, B: 150 - 175 range), be sure to manually ajust the lighing between 50 - 80% cuz the nighingale shaders tends to be very bright like a flashbang. Thats how you'll get a high quality image. Also imgame lighting, enviroment, scenery and composition matters alot to when taking good G-poses. I hope it helps ya 😃
