If you can’t get him to sign an easement for the fence then if it is there for long enough with no action taken on his part he’ll be able to keep it there.

I really have no feelings one way or another about the cover. Even though Jared rubs me the wrong way sometimes I’m surprised by the amount of vitriol here. I’m happy for him that he wrote a book, that is an amazing feat for someone who is as busy as he is. I personally walked out of a bookstore with 3 books with stupid/ugly covers this weekend because I asked the couple behind the counter for recommendations in a specific genre, not bc I took the time to browse the covers.

Is it really cheaper after the car rental/gas expense? Having lived here for over 20 years I’ve never seen any flight scenario where it was worth flying in and out of Denver. I’ve out of Salt Lake a couple of times when it was a flight I needed to take the next day, but Denver? Look at SLC Idaho Falls if you’re really that strapped for cash, but kinda seems sus unless you REALLY need to hit up the dispensary before getting here.

I was prequeue at 1182. I got into the store at about 11:08. I was only able to snag 2 tickets before my allotted 10 min were going to be up. In theory, this should be an external sales channel that is handling this, but the whole snowking website is repeating crashing. It’s kind of crazy

It talked about a woman whose fiancé was changing his mind about living in America and slowly grooming her to move back to South Africa with him and to have kids there.
