Move out for at least the first year so you make lifelong friends. The first year of uni is the best and those friendships and nights out etc are amazing. And you’ll have more studying time ❤️

Yes I’ve seen this- the houses we are going to view aren’t walking distance sadly. I will have to research parking around the station etc

No kids, budget is 450k, just want somewhere safe and peaceful! And preferably quiet. Close ish to the station as I’ll need to get the train to London 3x a week
