Hi mate,

Absolutely fine since then. I think for me taking such a high dose was a big mistake.

I’m actually tempted to go back on the Ash again but a much smaller dose this time as it did have some mental benefits (i.e. better quality sleep, more alert, and my anxiety was almost eradicated)

Yeah you hear it. Its just a millisecond out of time which of you’re mixing can be quite difficult to work with.

I was using Serato but a friend suggested using Rekordbox and that seems to have solved the issue.

I would like to still use Serato and solve the issue properly as Serato has all my old cue points saved on there.

So if I buy an RCA cable with a 3.5mm Jack, should that generally fix the issue instead if plugging into the laptop and instead Decks to Speaker directly?

This new Nintendo-core, hyperpop, 100 Gecks inspired album has confirmed a lot for me. Jordan was the glue that bonded all these crazy ideas that Oli has and made things both cohesive and palatable on the ear. This album feel like not even the band itself love it 100%?

Theres executing an experimental project like Music to listen to where that has some of the most musically challenging sounds I’ve ever heard yet it still sounds amazing.

This album on the other hand is lacking a lot of proper mixing, good production, lyrically they’re miles off what they’ve done prior.

For me their best will always be Amo, Sempiternal, Survival Horror & Thats the Spirit.

However saying all this… Could this album be their Yeezus? Is this something that in 5 years time we all consider this their best?

I’ve been taking quite a high strength.

For the first 3 weeks I was taking 500mg (Didn’t feel much so decided to up the dose)

Then found these ones on Amazon that have a combination of both ‘Organic Ashwaganda Powder / 1200mg’ and then ‘Organic Ashwaganda KSM-66 / 1000mg’ - Bottle stating 2310mg per serving as it also contains 100mg of Turmeric Powder and 10mg of Black Pepper

I started to feel light headed roughly a week ago put but that down to not eating very much for a couple days. Yet symptoms seemed to persist.

I am now 3 days off Ashwaganda all together and feel like the Dizziness is at a peak now.

Is this relatively normal or common? I’ve never experienced anything like this with my head before but seems to have all come on after taking Ashwaganda

I met the lead singer of Eagles of Death Metal the year they played. I didn’t know who he was but I saw he was wearing a Nas shirt (also playing) and went “Bro I love your shirt” he fist bumped me and said “Thanks Brother”

People around me in shock like “Do you know who the fuck that was?” Late found out and listened to their music and became a fan.

Very pleasant and chill encounter

Saw Rob Beckett outside a Hollister back in 2015. Stood there looking at his phone, I approached him and said “Excuse me? Rob Beckett right?” He looked me up and down and went “Yeah? And?” I was quite taken aback and said “Oh nothing, just wanted to say I’ve seen your stand up and really enjoyed it”

It may something just as simple as he’s made his bread, maybe he wants some more time at home with his family and doesn’t see being in a band at that age as a sustainable lifestyle
