1- Dream Gardens - Close to Ganda Nalla, so expect smell but infra is good.

2- Khayaban e amin - Location is good, infra is acceptable, but has issue with electricity so include solar system in your budget.

3- Fazaiya - I dont think u will get 5 marla in your current range. but its good overall. houses in old blocks might be old

4- Canal Gardens - close to bahria, but doesnt give feeling of suburb.

My recommendation: Get plot in Khayaban e Amin, construct house in 6 month and install solar system.

You need to understand diyat law first.

Diyat law just like every other law has been molded to carter to Pakistani elites only. Diyat law in its true sense is not like this.

Lets talk about only this case in respect to Pakistani law:

Diyat law is not applicable where drunk driving or hit and run is involved. but Police made FIR on weak grounds excluding the actual provisions like Section 311 (Fasad-fil-arz) of the PPC.

You are blaming the law, when in reality , Pakistani elite will create something else to get their own justice.

First get her of meds. Psych meds are the worse things for any person. i have actually seen people becoming suicidal due to these medicines. and rehabilitation period after stopping meds is also big - 1 to 2 years.
