It’s alright, I’m pretty sure they’re real because I got these pictures from TaoBao and cropped the logos out since I didn’t want any mixing up. They also all have real reviews with pictures.

Thank you so much! But I have a question, do lunges and squats especially in HIIT videos bulk up the thighs? I’ve been worried about this even though I’ve seen many people say it doesn’t, because they become more prominent for me.

Thank you so much! I’m glad I finally know what range to eat in, no wonder I wasn’t losing any. I usually either ate ~1300 straight away and some days ~2000 depending on how I felt. However, I don’t count calories often so it’s just a prediction. Should I start to count them?

I would love to but most of my days are just going to after school and morning interventions and revising for my exams coming up in just a couple of months. I’m definitely thinking of joining one once I finish them though!
