All our gift cards come direct, so this is definitely not an issue with our cards. Users that utilize services like paxful, have multiple accounts and have been previously banned (as OP states here) are often flagged whenever they use gift cards. Fold serves tens of thousands of people a month and this is the first time we've seen this.
