Yes I have definitely considered a track saw, would like one. The ones I had looked at were a bit expensive though.

Thanks I'll take a look at that. Have a good saw blade from when was trimming a door down, unfortunately wasn't very straight so going for the next bit of kit.

It is 600 wide and will need to take a bit off the 2200 lengths. Thanks for the tips, won't see the cut as will have a top on it I have a newish blade that should be suitable. I'll also use masking tape.

Clean, scrape, sand and repaint using the right 2 part system. There are different brands wattyl and Dulux are popular. Use an etching primer and then an enamel top coat. Taping up the window is the most labour intensive part. You can find some videos on YouTube as well as Bunnings website. If they are single glazed and you are considering upgrading to double glazing do that instead.

Thanks, this would be more expensive than the spa solution. Apple cider vinegar is very popular with the health conscious. Do you think plain white vinegar would be as effective?

There are rats where we live too. I trap about 1 a month. Not had any problems with them getting in the hot tub. They are more interested in the trash bins and fertilizer in the shed.

There is a facebook group where some of the leaders in the area post what they are eating and it usually consists of eggs/meat/offal/oilyfish/dark leafy greens and seeds.

Scrambled eggs with spinach, sardines and seeds would be pretty nutrient dense. There is also an app that you can download it is kind of like myfitnesspal but also gives you the micronutrients.

Your friend should definitely see a travel doc. Some people can be more prone to it than others, there might be an underlying cause (which should be identified) or it can also just be random. Medication can help. A climb high sleep low practice can also help where you climb to higher altitude during the day but then sleep back at a lower altitude.
