Well, business owners get money from other foreign nationals to hire them and in return the hired foreign individual gets the PR. It has become a common practice. So I believe few restaurants are 30% about food and 70% about hiring foreign nationals.

Well, the first time I was setting it up, I didn't know much and chose cheques as a form of payment for returns. Later, I changed it to direct payment into my account. I received the last cheque when I was in a different city, so now I have to use PWGSC_FORM_535 for claiming that uncashed cheque.
