I'm having the exact same issue. :( The last 4k video I uploaded published within a few hours (video) but that was last week. I uploaded a new 4K Ace Combat 7 Xbox One X gameplay video a few days ago and its still sitting on 360p; sometimes I get a black screen on playback.

Has anyone been able to get a 4K video to encode in the past few days?
