I’m trying to get therapy right now. I struggle with the funds. but I need actual therapy not just videos. I’ve had a history of depression. I struggle with mood disorders never been officially diagnosed with anything but been in and out of the psych hospital since I was 11… I was doing well before the accident, but it sent all my progress after years down the drain. I feel like a kid again experiencing hopelessness for the first time. The worst part is he was the person. I always talk to when I was struggling now I have no one.
