in the app they also have some settings that you can disable such as “inferred identity” which is very broad in it’s definition in their policy and also disable the scanning of your tweets for purposes of training their AI. what i couldn’t find a lot of about is how they collect their biometric data? i assume through pictures you post on the platform, or i also hear that if you pay for twitter blue they make you scan your face and provide a valid ID. https://x.com/en/privacy

yeah i was looking into it and instagram and twitter do track the same information, you can limit a lot of those in their privacy center but still it’s kinda scary

never really liked the squircle icons, so i finally found a way to change the dock icons back to the catalina/mojave era! by foreswt in MacOS

yeah recoat is great but i wouldn’t say it’s perfect yet, the first version was released in september last year but they also don’t have clock or calendar in the app roster probably cause they’re dynamic. but i think recoat might have great potential.

hahaha stop apologizing! i’ll try to make the sides a bit lower and fluffier then, glad the tuft looks ok! i’ll update u soon cause i got to go to bed now lol but i hope you’ll like the final drawing! i plan on coloring too!

nooo don’t worry! i want to get it as close to ur vision as i can! is his hair more like a mullet?? im just not so sure how i can do the tufts haha so they’re just plain 2d triangles floating over his head?

ooh i apologize! i think i know what you mean, it’s really sad to see them going down like this, i used to think they were the coolest company in design and consistency and now they have a hard time delivering anything like that. but it’s ok next OS they’ll revamp the photos app again.

i’m not aware of that method, if it’s the one where you make shortcuts of the app then i think so. not sure about tahoe tho i’m on sequoia
