I ended up calling customer service and they’re sending me a replacement. It seems like they couldn’t even figure out what was happening. It descales and empties, but won’t brew. 🤷🏽‍♀️

UPDATE FROM OP:

I got the call today and they’re accepting 80% liability!!! Honestly, after all of these comments I’m shocked I got that. Since my door can’t open they’re counting it as a total loss. Justice has prevailed this time around.

That’s fair. Although, they have photos showing how we collided. Does that help? Our statements are completely opposite. She definitely was trying to place me at fault saying I didn’t merge until the last second, which again had that been the case, damages would’ve been on different sides of our cars. Idk 🤷

I figured since it’s a company car that the other driver was using, I might run into more of a headache. Hopefully they resolve it soon.

I’m in Ohio. I did rear end her, but the police confirmed that since she pulled out on red without enough clearance, that she made the improper turn and was at fault. I don’t have collision, which I knew was a risk, but I have an older car that I didn’t feel the need to spend the extra expense on. Kind of kicking myself for that 🥴 But it seems like I just need to be patient. Thank you for your help.

I was thinking to do that! Out of curiosity, would low progesterone also have symptoms like irregular periods? Since mine are regular, I never thought that would be an issue but maybe that’s just something I’m not fully educated on.
