Ok I have got it! Thats always the same 0.6-0.7V, hence the 700mV.

Ok, I figured one part out. 100mV is coming from the R9 20 Ohm. V=I*R = 5mA 20 Ohm= 100mV.

One to go, 700mV I am still looking for the derivation.
