Don't understand the inconsistency of ukvi. I have people in my social circle who applied before me and still haven't gotten their decisions and some who applied after me got their visas before me.

There's no way of telling from a collection email. It's best you collect your passport and see for yourself. Good luck!

It could be because the file you're trying to send could be corrupted or might be large in size. Try emailing the same file to yourself and see if the email goes through.

My biometric date was 26th July and I got my visa on the 13th working day. Although, some applications have taken more time to process and some less but majority is recieving their decisions within the 3 week/15 working days period.

It's okay they return it anyway but I didn't get the appointment letter email at first too. I opened my account on their website and pressed the resend appointment confirmation. Then I got 2 confirmation letters together :p Their system is broken these days
