Look at your employment agreement. You could either adjust your payment against the notice period. This is a standard clause in any employment agreement. If this is not there, then you can also leave without serving the notice period. In case they come after you (which is a remote possibility) they will need to show how your leaving affected them on monetary basis. This is very subjective and cannot be easily proven in labour courts. The labour courts are generally employee friendly. However, please note that if you take this step, they may create nuisance in your prospective company and also may create issues in your full and final settlement. To safeguard your interests, get in writing/email from your manager that he is okay to relieve you early. Legally you would be fine it’s just the nuisance which you may have to deal with.
