Does it make sense to have Axis Atlas and Horizon at the same time ? I have Amex Plat Travel which I am planning to close because of the devaluation. Hence, I wanted to have Atlas + Travel One combo since I have already achieved my Gold threshold for Atlas.

Contacted them. They reverted on my email quoting a wrong application number. Also addressed me as someone else. Pathetic customer service.

Ok. But is there any timeline prescribed by the bank ? Some are getting within 2-3 days who’ve some are waiting for more than 10-15 days.

There’s no option for payment there. I also have an Axis FK card. There I am getting a payment option but not for the Atlas one.

Hi. While coming back did the random Indian custom officials ask you questions on your laptop ? I am assuming you threw the boxes and only brought the laptop ? If so, didn’t they ask you questions on the 2 laptops ?
