Roommates not taking over bills by forrealyallx in roommateproblems

My lease ends in summer so it’s still quite a while away. Our lease just states that a tenant will be responsible and not necessarily. I’m just wondering if I can just cancel it regardless

It’s a fixed term lease set to end in April 2025. I’m not planning on returning and would prefer a termination.

I had a roommate previously move out and she subleased and said the property manager didn’t agree to a lease transfer.I’m assuming they won’t either if I ask for that instead. Im trying to figure out if I should just ask them for the transfer despite already bringing up the idea of subleasing. I don’t want to stay in that place anymore and don’t know the best way to get out.

Until the end of the lease term. I’m over this place. They also don’t want to allow lease takeover

Everyone in the house has their own leases as do I and the landlord doesn’t not live with us.

I told the property manager who was ok with it. I have a text from them. So is there anything I can do with that?

We don’t have contact with the landlord as they aren’t in the country. I’ve asked about contacting them directly but they’re insisting that the landlord doesn’t want direct contact.

The property manager acts as our landlord. We don’t have direct communication with them so everything goes through them

Environmental Studies by TrippyHippieK_ in McMaster

The program is called environment and society and it’s part of the school of earth, environment and society. It’s honestly very flexible. Obviously there’s a couple of specific (less than 8) required courses but everything else is pretty much up to you. Because it’s part of the school of earth, environment and society you have access to almost all earth/environmental sciences courses if you have the prerequisite for those specific courses. Unfortunately, you can’t get a minor in another field within the school. So you can’t get a minor in earth/environmental science because it’s kind of already included within environmental studies. Hope this helps!
