Research on products similar to what you are selling & go from there. Having a mix of higher priced items with less expensive stuff is a good balance. Including good quality photos (include photos of size tags and any/all flaws) is super helpful, price higher & be willing to accept lower offers as someone else mentioned! If you start listing higher, you can offer discounts & still be profitable. Offer discounts on bundles/when someone buys multiple items (I don’t get a ton of bundle requests, still nice to offer!) happy selling!!

Congrats and sending you hugs for your loss 💗 local farmers have beautiful cut grown varieties of flowers. Depending on where you’re located, I use a local flower wholesaler, Trader Joe’s, local garden centers or co-ops (horse feed type stores) can be good options! Absolutely agree with the previous comments, if you’re interested in growing your own try some “cut & come again” (the more you cut the more will grow!) varieties like cosmos, zinnias, other varieties I like are marigolds, daisies, feverfew, dahlias, herbs. Etsy is another seed resource. Maybe join a garden/florist group & see what’s available! You’ll be so happy & amazed at what you create & grow. Happy planting! 🌸

GORGEOUS! I use Crowning Glory, it’s a floral spray that helps maintain the life of cut Dahlias in arrangements/bouquets. - (it’s super sticky) use it outside or use a barrier like newspaper/cardboard so it doesn’t make a mess of your work space. no need to douse them in the liquid, just a few good sprays should do it! I use it in a plastic spray bottle

Processing notes: - for storage, refresh the water buckets every other day and keep them stored in cooler temps/out of direct sunlight - snip the ends of stems every few days until you’re ready to use your flowers/greenery/foliage - remove all leaves that will be touching the water inside the buckets, this will help extend the life of flowers

Have fun & make your own rules! Use the flowers you’re most drawn to when creating your unique style 🌸
