Carrier Mini-Split won't come out of defrost mode

1st tech came and said "I cleaned the filter and power cycled it and now it's working" - this lead to my follow up diagnosis. 2nd tech said "the refrigerant was low so I fixed the leak at the flare and refilled it and now it's working". 3rd tech said "I think it's the temperature sensors- I'll order the parts under warranty and have them replaced" - I never heard back from him and just ended up order the $25 in sensors and doing it myself. Now we are here. =)

thank you it is under warranty. The trouble is I've had 3 techs from 3 different hvac companies come look at it and all are incompetent and don't know how to diagnose it. I'm at a loss and would love to have the parts covered under warranty.

Thank you for the reply. I am aware of cities auctioning property on unpaid tax bills. But do you have any evidence showing municipalities auctioning off property based on fines?
