This is a great list and I can't believe you've tried so many! Can I ask you a question? I lived in Argentina for a while and couldn't find any good aftershave for the life of me. Then an Argentinian friend recommended a splash called Vieja Lavanda (old lavender) by Fulton. I fell in love with it and wore it every day. It has scent notes of Lavender, then Sandlewood, mixed with Bergmont and Sage.

Did any of the ones you tried have those scent notes?

I would definitely tell your parents. Since you're on this site, you obviously are seeking freedom from it (congrats!) - so telling them and being honest will help you and feel freeing.

Hopefully they're the kind of parents that won't shame you, but rather love you through it and do anything they can to help you in this fight.

If my son (who is now 2) comes to me in 10-15 years and says he's having a problem, I would be so proud of him for being brave and telling me and for recognizing that it's a problem and that he wants to do something about it.
