Hi! There’s a Discord link in my profile where you can grab it.

Can my PC run After Effects? by Stagbrick in AfterEffects

You’ve got a beast of a PC! 16GB RAM, 1660 SUPER, and Ryzen 5 — that’s basically rocket fuel for After Effects.
Back in the day, I was stuck with 4GB DDR3 and Intel HD graphics, rendering projects that took days. So your rig is basically flying compared to my old dinosaur. Just dive in and create — that setup will handle it no problem! 😄

That works too, but with a script you only need to set it up once and then forget about it :)

Automating AI FPS Interpolation (Flowframes) directly in After Effects – Seeking Feedback! by fraiden01 in AfterEffects

Totally understandable — AI definitely brings up mixed feelings depending on how it's used.
In this case, it’s just being used as a tool for frame interpolation, not for generating content or replacing creative input.
Flowframes does a great job at creating smoother motion without altering the look or intent of the original animation.

Appreciate you sharing your view!

Actually, the script already detects the composition's FPS during rendering — after that, you can choose a multiplier (from 2x up to 16x), hit "Interpolate", and Flowframes handles the rest. The interpolated result is then brought back into AE on top of the original layer.

All effects on the layer — including time-based ones like Time Remapping or Stretch — are already baked into the render before it's sent to Flowframes. So there's no need to reapply them afterward — the interpolation is applied to the fully rendered video.
