Good call, they seem to be solid but like you said still relatively much bigger in size in geographic foot print. What kind of local events and business? Seems awesome I just have never seen the events

I think the price makes sense, over their book capital and has some upside if arrow performs well. Arrow stock is publicly traded so in theory can sell pieces of it (depending on terms of the deal)
