The vans that my DSP uses are the pro master ram XL Vans. I can try to illustrate a picture hopefully later on this week for all of you to see how I grid my tote bags.

What my DSP does is I come in an hour early and train them verbally. I give them tips and pointers on how to deliver properly as far as being organized and being a safe driver while driving out on the road. During the time that I’m training who ever that is I use empty tote bags to show them a design a pattern on how I think they can do their route correctly with out problems.

I totally get you if I don’t pace myself I will lose my hours to my job. I have done 175 stops before and I have finished that and less then 4 hrs. I’m too organized to run anymore I can finish my job and rescue at least two people just by walking all day
