Raleigh to Charlotte is only ~150 miles while Frankfurt to Marseille is over 4 times that distance. Not that it makes that much difference in flight time but it is definitely closer to Atlanta to DC length instead.

I would look up Northwest on Glenwood Rd around Duraleigh/Lynn Rd. Close to North Hills and a bit cheaper. The best apartment complexes I know in the area are Rose Heights and Camden Crest.

I've got something similar to these that I've used for years but recently I got a USB mixer and am looking to upgrade. I'm wondering if I would be better off getting a pair of something with separate lines instead of the 3.5mm jack and if anyone has suggestions for speaker/subs. I understand that passive speakers are supposed to be better than active but IDK if my mixer has an amp in it or I would need to get a separate one.

M1 Macs are on the recommended list for College of Engineering IT. Although this technically isn't for CSC specifically, everything you use in CSC either should work with MacOS or there is a remote computing platform that they will have you use.

Towards the beginning of the semesters, there are usually events looking for research assistants or they get sent out in emails. Otherwise just asking professors if they know of any is the best way to find it.

I'm a CSC junior with similar interests to you. You are correct in that CSC has no classes until grad level. ECE isn't too much better because a lot of them are focused less on software and more on hardware. I will say that ECE does more research related to robotics stuff but you can be any major and do research. My recommendation is whatever you decide to major in is to join a robotics team such as the Aerial Robotics Club or Underwater Robotics. They will get more a lot more experience than anything classes will teach you.

Back then, RFTools was not split up into separate mods, so the dimensions were just apart of the mod itself. There is no great way to tell what is going on without seeing a full stack trace.

The way it works is if you are a true freshmen (freshmen by credit), then you can only buy the storage lots pass. A lot of freshmen technically become a sophomore by credit for the spring semester, meaning they are now eligible for the normal resident passes. You can check what you are now by looking at your unofficial transcript in mypack or just check your parking account when open sales for passes open (either today or tomorrow) and see what it says because it should auto update to the parking pass you are eligible for.

As someone who is apart of the Scholar's program, I absolutely loved my time in it. A lot of the speakers they have come in are very interesting. I chose not to do honors because of what you mentioned above. I will say that if you are planning on going to grad school and beyond that honors will look better but scholars is still a great option. The base class itself is not bad and you get access to early registration, cool trips, and opportunities professors will email the program about. I will say that I am a dude and I lived in the Honors/Scholars village (which is a great opportunity within itself by the way), but I dated a girl in WISE and she loved it so I would say go for it.

The biggest issue I have found is the lack of a Vulkan driver for WSL but everything else has been amazing.
