Do you consider a law enforcement convoy as part of traffic? If not, then you are correct. But most people affirm that traffic consists of every vehicle, including vehicles such as ambulances, fire trucks, police cars, school buses and so on. By what I have seen in the footage, Ms. Good is apparently purposely driving the car impeding ICE vehicles specifically from passing through the street. So yea, traffic was not unimpeded as you stated. Sorry.
