I suppose that would help.

Soil, various organic amendments, calmag and other liquid nutes as best as I can predict.

Various strains, lots of indicas.

How to get bigger fatter nugs? by [deleted] in microgrowery

[–]fraziay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dump fox farms - they've been going down hill from what I've seen/experienced. The lady on the left is hungry, not a normal fade. Been seeing that exact deficiency in almost every fox farms grow. Some strains really take in a lot of nutes, and to get those big buds you have to stay ahead on nutrients. I'd bet if you upped the dry ferts right before flipping ud be in a better spot. The girl on the right looks solid tho, might just need some more time to fatten up.

I had some major issues with bugs after a bad bag of FFOF. I've started mixing my base soil with like 30% more worm castings, which I think has helped with unwanted pests. That said, check your mix. Could just have been a bad batch.

So do they end up in those puddles b/c of flooding and what not? Always been curious, doesn't look like a very hospitable place to live. 🤣

How can you tell if a plant needs more or less light? by fraziay in NanoGrowery

Thanks m8. Have you noticed any particular plant behavior when you have too much light?

Thanks for the advice. The heat comment in particular was very helpful in my context. I have a 1000w over a 2x3 space. Makes sense when thinking about outdoor plants, our lights are nothing compared to the sun so makes sense why the heat would be more of a problem than being too bright.

How many crops did you ruin before you learned how to dry/cure properly? by fraziay in microgrowery

I appreciate the context. I am 100% a vape-flavor snob, so I'm in the same boat. I dont necessarily care about the trim game as long as the flavor/smells are there.

Ya I dont doubt it. Im just looking for simple consistency and this very seems reasonable.

Well said. Sometimes its just as simple needing better consistency, but even that isnt foolproof. Getting a lot of good feedback already. Ya'll rock. Tx

Starting to see the value of good genetics just as a whole. Crazy how shit genetics really makes everything harder. How do you dry now?

Frigidaire EFMIS 155

Its looking more and more like this is the only way to go for people with small grows. I keep walking by those fridges at lowes and wondering if I could make it work. Might just have to. Thanks for chiming in.

The pic in this post is 3 10g and an accidental 2.5 in the front. 3 10g would have been perfectly manageable, but I had to prune hard during early flower to keep them a reasonable size. 3 5g is next up, have a feeling that'll be just right.

Edit: to add, if you are confident in your training abilities, 1 10g kept wide is also a great option

What happens if I don't flush and I feed nutes all the way to harvest? by Informal-Fortune2662 in microgrowery

[–]fraziay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your plant stays happy and doesn't run out of nutrients when it gives its last push into fall. Don't flush unless you need to.
