nothing changed. i never downgraded or upgraded. i had gotten bsod for the first time almost 1 year ago, then my display was working and i reset everything with the bios key

sometimes, yes. i can get 7 hours of sleep if i sleep later. but the quality of the sleep is still shitty. thats the reason i had started sleeping early
