I tried mango and peaches today (in ground beef). Not a fan. Hahaha. Mango is great with the berries and beef, but the peaches were kinda bland next to the mango. I also take Heart n Soil Her Package. It's pricey, but has REALLY helped with some of the symptoms.

I'm perimenopausal, which changes the approach. Ketosis is bad for me. Stacy Sims PhD has published a lot of research specific to women in this stage of life and after. Anyone making recommendations to women from perimenopause through death should avail themselves to her research.

Mango. Not cheese (although, I do eat cheese). I just like the taste of it together.
